Join The Ocean Womb and Pure Pony Yoga for an immersive sunset beach sound bath on the shores of Stone Harbor.
As the sun descends toward the horizon and the rhythm of the waves becomes part of the experience, you’ll be welcomed into a deeply held field of sound. Layer by layer, the body begins to unwind, the breath finds its natural pace, and what has felt heavy is gently invited to be set down.
There is nowhere to be.
Nothing to become.
Only space to remember the rhythm that has always been within you.
What to expect
Through the resonance of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls, chimes, drums, and other vibrational instruments, sound becomes an invitation to soften, rest, and return to presence.

Simply arrive as you are and be held by the sound and the ocean.

The immersion ends as sunset reaches its peak. Guests are invited to remain afterward for reflection, gratitude, meditation, or simply to enjoy the evening as the full moon rises over the ocean around 8:35 pm.
