What to expect
A guided sound immersion allowing the body and nervous system to settle deeply into the sound field.
Crystal singing bowls and subtle instrumentation.
After the sound, there is a gentle gathering time to linger, connect, and celebrate—quietly holding the energy of the shoreline together.
